The Triform 42-10-12 deep draw sheet hydroforming press features a 12-inch draw depth capacity. The expansive 42-inch diameter forming area allows for a punch tool diameter up to 3 feet wide. Size does not sacrifice precision however, as the 42-10-12 offers exacting forming pressures up to 10,000 PSI evenly distributed across the entire forming area.

The 42-10-12 has it all, including the ability to store 10,000+ jobs, sequential programming of pressure and position, Triform’s proprietary “In-Sight” feature for physical inspection of a part mid-cycle, and the invaluable integrated tool change system decrease die changeover time. This press can also include a shuttle and T-table so operators can stage and move multiple tools simultaneously and virtually effortlessly. All of these features are designed to help increase throughput and keep you competitive.

The simple operation and maintenance for which Triform is known is another standard on this machine. Additionally, you know your investment is solid and designed for optimal uptime because it comes with PressLink for remote factory support and is backed by Beckwood’s industry leading service and support.
