Custom Features:

  • (4) 8” diameter chrome housing posts with graphite impregnated bronze bushings for superior ram guidance and rigidity
  • Dual hydraulically actuated bed shuttles for loading and unloading – each with mold capacity of 5,000 lbs
  • Ejector system – each shuttle equipped with a lower 4-ton ejector outside press area with 10” stroke
  • Area scanners provided for increased operator safety
  • Bolt on expanded metal guards with safety interlocks cover the side openings
  • Kidney loop filter/cooler circuit with thermostatically controlled fan motor
  • Calculated Ram Speeds: Approach: 75 IPM; Pressing: 0-21 IPM; Stripping: 0-28 IPM; Return: 249 IPM
