- (2) 50 ”x 70” hydraulically actuated bed shuttles for loading and unloading –each with mold capacity of 1,000 lbs
- The mold will consist of a 4-sided frame welded onto platen to create a 4” x 50” x 70” cavity
- Hot oil heating system with maximum temperature of 350 deg. F
- Each platens’ heating zones are individually controlled and programmed via HMI
- ( 4 ) 12” diameter chrome housing posts with graphite impregnated bronze bushings for superior ram guidance and rigidity
- Kidney loop filter/cooler circuit with thermostatically-controlled water-oil heat exchanger
- Pneumatic dwell system allows the primary electric motor & pump to be turned ‘off’ during prolonged dwell periods for increased energy efficiency and reduced noise
