- (4) 5” diameter chrome housing posts with graphite impregnated bronze bushings for superior ram guidance and rigidity
- Electrically interlocking safety gates guard the perimeter of the press and open only when the press is stationary
- 60” x 60” bed shuttle system for loading and unloading through the front opening of the press
- Press structure is designed for deflection of 0.0015” per linear foot with a minimum part size of 16” diameter @ 250 tons
- Pneumatic dwell system allows the primary electric motor & pump to be turned ‘off’ during prolonged dwell periods for increased energy efficiency and reduced noise
