  • (4) 4” diameter chrome housing posts with oversized poured/cast ram guide bushings for superior ram guidance and rigidity
  • Hot oil heating system with maximum temperature of 550-deg. F
  • (5) suspended oil-heated platens for a total of (6) cavities
  • Each platen is machined to provide (2) oil circulation zones for a total of (14) zones
  • Vibration dampening pads provided to absorb mechanical energy for overall system protection
  • Skid mounted power system and reservoir
  • Fixed stops for dimensional tolerance control
